Even as leaves are falling off the trees, new beginnings are everywhere.  Children wait for the bus looking forward to another year of school.  Their new experiences await them such as meeting the teacher, making new friends, learning fresh ideas.   

            As adults, the memories of those childhood days still remain vivid.  But new beginnings do not end there, because all life long we are provided with opportunities to discover something that brings positive change and excitement to our lives.  One verse in Revelations brings this to mind,  “See, I am making all things new.”  (Rev. 21:5)

            One of the joys of being a pastor is to introduce people to the good news God brings to the world through Jesus Christ.  Beginning on September 7 and continuing until Love Feast Sunday, October 5, anyone who would like to meet a new teacher, make friends, and learn old truths made fresh is invited to the Church Annex from 10:15 to 11:00 A.M. on those Sunday mornings.  During this brief time, you will share with others who are exploring membership in this fellowship.
